How long does shipping take?
New Zealand: Approx 1–3 working days once dispatched
International: Approx 3–10 working days once dispatched

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link and number via email

New Zealand: $10 NZD
Australia: $20 NZD
Rest of World excluding USA: $30 NZD
USA: $200 NZD via Fedex due to NZ Post holds on all USA Shipping

Refund Policy:
Personalised items are not eligible for refund or exchange. Please ensure that all text, including capitalization, is entered exactly as you would like it to appear when embroidered.

Returns on un-personalised items are accepted for 7 days after customer receives the product, if in same condition as received.
